Reimbursement sheets will be distributed at the event and must be turned in by September 1 with all applicable receipts. Because reimbursement is limited to $500 per network, it is important for each network to discuss and determine with their attendees who will receive reimbursements and for how much. Note that the $50 registration fee is not eligible for reimbursement through NDYP.

Items eligible for reimbursement include:

  • Mileage at 57.5 cents (federal milage rate, we encourage carpooling!)
